Check out Brickseek.com that’s what I use. I also follow lots of coupon pages as well as brickseek on Instagram, they post the deals there. Although they vary by store. Most of the time the deals are for items that are close to being discontinued, so most places are already out of the item and only some are lucky to find it at that price. Good luck :) I’ve never been able to personally find the items in my local store because I live in a smaller town, so by the time I get to look, the item has already been sold out at the regular price and it never stays long enough to reach the discontinued price.
