Souls games are my favorite. I’ve put thousands of hours into them and have done all sorts of challenge runs. Lies of P started out fine, maybe one or two deaths per boss and never died during the levels. But the last stretch was harder than any other souls game I’ve played. It’s the sort of boss where when you win you don’t feel good, just relieved it’s over. Overall it’s an amazing game and the most “fromsoft” feeling souls-like. But those bosses near the end almost ruined it for me. As far as the Sekiro comparison. Sekrio’s parry window is 30 frames with a 1 frame startup. I heard a bunch of people say that Lies of P is extremelly hard, and sometimes even too hard. I've also heard people say it's very similar to Sekiro.

I love the souls series, and that's mainly because I enjoy the challenge of them, but I thought sekiro was really fucking easy. If you had even a semblance of timing, or rhythm, then there's no difficulty to talk about. Like you wouldn't even have to learn the bosses moveset, because it's basically just keep hitting until you see a spark and then parry a bit later than you'd think.

So basically, is Lies of P actually really hard, for someone who found Sekiro super easy, but the other souls games actually challenging.

How hard is lies of p compared to other souls games?

Last 3 bosses are exceptionally difficult since in my opinion the other bosses and areas don’t adequately prepare you for them. It’s a huge difficult spike late game. Took the route of Elden ring and just having ridiculously fast bosses with never ending combos. It’s not impossible but in terms of difficulty you likely will breeze through 80% of the game then get stuck on the last couple of bosses till you learn the move sets. More on reddit.com
