November 1, 2022 - I ended up going to a DMV office, paying the $65 reinstatement fee, and getting a new license. Everyone I spoke to was surprised at how delayed this notification was, but most said it was likely a clerical delay at GA's DMV. Still totally absurd... to think I've been driving around the USA and Canada on a partially suspended license for 4+ years!
