So I just got a Razer Blackwidow X Chroma and I cannot import profiles that I have downloaded. I originally tried it in Synapse 2 but it didn't work because it needed .razerchroma file types and Synapse 3 only allows .synapse3 file types for me. So far every profile that I have downloaded is .ChromaEffects. It won't let me use any .ChromaEffects file types. Has anyone else had this issue?

HOW TO IMPORT ON SYNAPSE 3
Go to Synapse
Go to dashboard
Click on your keyboard
Go to lighting
Go to Chroma Studio
At the top there’s a drop down menu called “chroma effect”
To the RIGHT of that is 3 dots.
Click the 3 dots then hit import.
