Good afternoon,
I have to return my neices 2 pairs of shoes and 1 of her nintendo switch games...I can't rmemeber the last time I returned something, so I'm not sure.

Go to your Amazon orders and click on return? The only other way is to contact support. Don't really know what you're getting at here.

I've never seen this issue addressed in any post or comment before.
Free returns only applies to certain products like clothes and accessories. Otherwise, returning an item in any condition will incur a return shipping cost. For me it was around $10.
I am surprised that the common belief is that amazon will always refund buyers in full when they receive the package shipped at their cost.
Yes, you could also just say it doesnt work, even if you never used it.
