I'm starting light renovations on my apartment and need to sell a fair amount of my furniture and decor items to make space. What is the best way to go about selling these items locally? (Location bordering Prospect Park, if it matters.)
There is a range of mint, good, and decent condition pieces that are either vintage or from mid/high quality brands like Article, Crate & Barrel, CB2, France & Son, West Elm, etc.
I need to offload the pieces relatively quickly and don't have a car, I don't want to deal with trying to arrange any shipping. In my experience, Facebook Marketplace seems to be exclusively used by flakes and scammers. (In comparison, Facebook neighborhood Buy Nothing groups are great, but I'm trying to sell right now!) What platforms or methods have worked well for y'all?

Facebook marketplace is actually the spot. You can avoid scammers pretty easily, and there are tons of real people actually looking to buy. The resellers like AptDeco and Kaiyo are good only if you don't want to do any work, they take a hefty cut.
