Could you please share a few details regarding your issue? May I know the Bluetooth device that you are trying to connect to the system? (Like Keyboard, mouse, headset or VR) Do you get any error while trying to "Add a Bluetooth Device"? (Other than "Couldn't Connect") Did you system came with built-in Bluetooth or did you install a 3rd party Bluetooth Module? Ok. I don't have a HP update utility installed. But I installed HP support assistant. And I see the both audio drivers called: RTKVHD64.sys and AtihdWT6.sys
