Do HP touch screen laptops support stylus or pen input?
Is WPS Office compatible with HP touchscreen laptops?
Can I use HP touch screen laptops efficiently for both work and school?
I currently have an HP Elitebook 2740p laptop, which allows me to write with a tablet pen on the screen. It's very handy as a student; I can write out notes and draw chemical structures with it. I need a new laptop, though, and I'm wondering if drawing is possible with a computer such as the HP Envy TouchSmart series. They say they are "touchscreen," but don't mention working with a tablet pen.

Yes you can use a stylus with this computer. HP of Clark's recommends their own stylus which can be found at the following link

you can also find the same stylus for cheaper prices with a simple web search if you don't want to buy directly from HP

Hi EAsuquo,

You can read this:
The compatibility tables are updated regularly, so if you recently purchased a new touch screen computer that you think should be listed, check back for updates.
Older PCs are not compatible with newer pens, so older PCs will not be listed in the table.
If your model is not listed but features a touch screen, it is still compatible with a passive stylus. Passive styluses do not require batteries, do not have any configurable options, and do not use specific pen software.
