I’m looking to get 2 alex drawers to hold up a desk. 110 for each one is a bit more than I wanted to pay just for desk support, and they’re like double the price on eBay! Why is that?

IKEA goods on ebay or Amazon are almost always super expensive; the sellers buy in store closeby to them, and then count on selling to people online who are not close to a store or Distribution point. And gouge them on the price, because it's still cheaper overall than paying for IKEA's delivery.

Everybody wants to say the price is justified but I remember just a few years ago, not even 4 years ago, when the prices were way cheaper than they are today. Ikea is just not a cheap place to buy things anymore and that's that. Inflation sucks.
