Well my iPhone 14 pro Max is down to 87% with light to moderate use and after following all kinds of babying the battery techniques, now I have just stopped caring but my friends who have iPhone 13 or earlier series still have 95 or above battery health and they all use it more than I do. Also there were a lot of tech YouTubers with lots of videos on how quickly their 14 series phones dropped their battery health. If so many people are complaining then there must be an issue. 87% at about a year and a half…11pro was at 90% at 3 years when I traded it in on this phone. Same usage. Much worse experience for me with 14pro.

I've been using my phone for exactly a year now and i have been using the macbook 67w fast charger to charge it since ive started using it. I religiously followed the 20-80percent rule for about 6 months but noticed that battery health was on par with my dad's iphone 14 plus which he had purchased alongside mine and used without following the 20-80 rule. infact his battery health is slightly better and is at 92 percent. we both update our phones the second a new version comes out. Also we live in mumbai, india where temperatures tend to be higher which is bad for battery health.
My battery health is at 89percent after 12 months.
would love to know your experiences.

Don't follow all these. Change the battery after 2/3 yrs if you feel it. Human life has other important things rather than thinking for batteries 🫤

Regular 14 I do overnight charging with 5W and phone is 6 months old It’s at 96% health I would suggest you use a 20w charger that may be the most effective
