It seems like you didn't provide correct launch images to your app. When there is no correct launch images set, the app will run like on iPhone 5/5S, that's why you are having these confusing results while logging. iPhone 6 screen size is 375x667 px scale x2, iPhone 6+ 414x736 px scale x3. So, if you want to set launch image for iPhone 6 it should have 750x1334 px size, and 1242x2208 for iPhone 6+ respectively. Good Luck!
EDIT:
As rmaddy mentioned in the comments, it's better to use launch screen storyboard with proper layout constraints to fit all screens, than having bunch of images for all screens(which also increases the app size).
Answer from Fahri Azimov on Stack OverflowLike many of you, I'm still having trouble deciding which size to get. I put together these images that display the two models at actual size, keyboards included.
Just open these at full screen on the device you have handy:
For iPhone 4S/4/3GS/3G/2G: iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus
For iPhone 5/5c/5s: iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus
For iPad mini 2/1
For iPad Air/4/3/2/1
For 11.6" MacBook Air
For 13.3" MacBook Pro/Air
For 15.4" MacBook Pro Retina
For 21.5" iMac
For 27" iMac/Cinema Display
Hope that helps!
NOW HELP ME DECIDE WHICH ONE TO BUY! AGH!
EDIT: Added 11.6" MacBook Air and 21" and 27" iMacs.
I want to upgrade from my 6 plus to a 13 pro or pro max, but I’m not sure about the size. I love the size of the 6 plus and I don’t want to go much smaller or much bigger. The internet says the 13 pro is already larger than the 6 plus, but when I look at unboxing videos it looks significantly smaller so I’m unsure what to get.
Has anybody a 6 plus around and can tell me how the size difference looks in real life?
(I would just go to the store and look at it myself but I just broke my ankle and that makes shopping a bit difficult.)

You have to add Launch Image in Imageasset for iPhone 6 and 6+ with proper resolution.
if you dont know resolution please check right side navigator > choose 3rd option. right now in screenshot you can see Expected size 1242x2208 pixel
please check attached screenshot. once you add this all images then only you will get proper.
for iPhone 6 it will log
Screen width 375 px, height 667 px, scale 2.0x
for 6+
Screen width 414 px, height 736 px, scale 3.0x
I’d like to hear your thoughts on which iPhone size is the best between 6.3-6.7-6.9? I went from a 12 pro max > 15 pro max > 16 pro max > 16 pro. I’ve had the maxes for many years and I really enjoyed the 12 & 15 ones. I used the 16 PM only cause they gave it to me as a work phone (kept it for 6 months and then had to give it back cause I changed jobs). When I first got the 16 PM I noticed that the screen was a lot bigger. The phone felt more bulky in my hands and heavy and that was bothering me.. after I changed jobs, I decided to sell my 15 PM and go for a 16 Pro cause I wanted to try the Pro and see if I liked the portability and smaller screen. It’s been 2 months with the 16 pro. I got used to the smaller screen but there are still times where I wish I had a 6.7 inch phone. I’d love to have a PM with 6.7 inch but we are only getting 6.9 inches now…
Any thoughts?
Some apps still haven't even gotten around to adapting the 6 screen size and they look blown up. Some have updated their apps but the 6 Plus just sees a larger version of the all compared to the 6 and next to no apps make use of landscape mode with two-up :/ Apple made it out to be such a nice iPhone canvas but it seems to have not taken off quite yet
I think the 5.5 inch size is large enough for split-screen multitasking. I know some people would disagree, but it's an optional feature that's not being forced on you. I have tried split-screen multitasking on Samsung phones and it works great.
I really wish they could bring some of the Notes features. I like both android and ios and I am glad when one forces the other to do things.

This is more of a question to see how other people found the size change to be. I don't want advice on a specific model or which phone to get, more wanting to see what other people's experiences are. I've been on an iPhone 14 Plus for coming up on two years now. I'm one of those people who gets super fond of their iPhone model (my iPhone 6 will forever be missed) and tend to keep with the same one for as long as possible so I'm very used to the screen and keyboard size by now, but I'm looking at other options.*
Have other people got used to typing on a smaller screen? How long did it take you to get used to the change? Did the screen size affect your experience at all? Do you regret it? Was there anything you did that made the transition easier?
I'd love to hear your thoughts!
*Not necessary to read at all but for some context for this decision: My rear camera keeps having an issue, I'm not looking for advice on how to fix it as the Apple support guys reassured me that it wasn't my fault but that it needs a hardware service. Looking into it I might just be one of the unlucky people with a faulty iPhone 14 plus ( https://support.apple.com/en-gb/iphone-14-plus-service-program-for-rear-camera-issue ), however this is the second time it's happened (got it repaired about a year ago for the same thing). So I'm considering getting an upgrade as, if this keeps happening, it could get really annoying or even end up being more expensive in the long run than just getting a refurbished newer model.
I ask because im trying to decide myself which version of the 6 to get and am a little concerned about how the size of the screen might make it hard to hold.
E: Ill be visiting an apple store for sure to compare. thanks for the comments.
At times I think it's a little big like one hand texting and needing to hit a 'q, a, or z' ( righty here), but by far more pros for me. Also it can look big in my front pocket.
If you can, go to an Apple or carrier store and try them out for yourself. Simulate things like watching video, making phone calls, and browsing websites. See how that feels.
When the 6 launched, I went to my local Apple Store to try it out. I held a 6+ and instantly knew it wasn't for me. The width of the phone was from my palm to the edge of my middle finger—I had to strain my middle finger just to get a solid grip. I don't know, it just felt really awkward and uncomfortable. And watching someone make a phone call on one of those things... it's like holding a brick to your face.
So it varies per person. I'm sure someone will reply to my comment telling me that the 6+ is the perfect size for them and not awkward at all and so on so forth. Everyone is different, which is why you need to go and play around with the phones yourself.
