T-Mobile stores have no repair capability. No technicians. No tools No batteries. None. If your phone is past AppleCare support (at 3 years it is) then use the Extended Warranty through your Protection 360. The easiest/cheapest way to do so is through calling T-Mobile at 611/1.800.TMOBILE and requesting a warranty exchange. They will have a phone shipped to the store of your choice. Once ordered you will get two text messages. The first is the phone is shipped. The second is the phone has arrived. Going to the store before receiving the second message is a waste of everyone's time - it will not be available. You will need to be Authorized on the account and have proper ID. You will need to turn off Find My iPhone on the device so test turning it off before you go in. FMI off is not optional. There will be a $5 Warranty Exchange Fee you will need to pay in-store. They will do a 3 point inspection of the phone to confirm it is Warranty Exchange eligible. No cracks on the front screen. This is not an essay question: NO CRACKS. No liquid damage. Find My iPhone off. If you've planned ahead and done an Apple Backup you can ID yourself, pay $5, wipe your old phone (need to have at least 30% battery to wipe!), turn it in, and leave with the replacement to restore in comfort at home. If you've not planned ahead be prepared to charge the old phone to wipe it and/or do the data transfer, plus any software updates the data transfer requires. This can take a long time. Leaving with both phones is not an option, you're doing an EXCHANGE. Do not breeze in assuming the data transfer/OS update will be fast. The store may refuse to start the process near closing time. As you've P360 if you bought your screen protector through T-Mobile they should be able to replace it for free or order a replacement be sent to your home, for free. Lastly it is extremely unlikely to be a new phone. Yours was 3 years old, you will be not getting a new one in exchange but one remanufactured to Apple's specifications. Nor is this an upgrade program. You will be getting the same phone, in any color, or if your exact model is unavailable a slightly better phone. And, while in the store, this is a good time to consider getting a new case/charger/cable. More on reddit.com
