20 May 2024 - I always wear a women's size Medium, which is what I ordered. I was told by their representative that I could not exchange the item as it was "customized" - total BS! I ordered the item that was shown on their website - there was no customization. BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ... I am extremely disappointed with the return process at Fanatics.com. They charge $10 to ship a hat back that was too wide for my son and fit strange. The hassle for returns will keep me from shopping here.
