Hello u/Predving, Thank you for sharing your video of what is going on with your Jabra Elite 3 and for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you have already taken to try and resolve your challenge.

First, we recommend power cycling your Jabra Elite 3. To do so, please let the Elite 3 earbuds and charging case run out of battery fully. Then, once the earbuds and the charging case are out of battery, fully recharge your device.

Additionally, if power-cycling your Jabra Elite 3 does not help, we suggest resetting your Jabra Elite 3 charging case using these instructions:

1. Put your earbuds in your charging case and plug the charging case into charge fully. Please allow up to two and a half hours for your device to fully charge.

2. Once your device is fully charged, please open the charging case, remove the earbuds, and then place the earbuds inside the case, ensuring that each earbud flashes red when returned.

3. Leave the lid open and plug the charging case into a power source using the supplied USB cable and wall charger with a standard output voltage of 5v +- 0.25v. (Note: We do not recommend charging the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)

4. Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 seconds, please close the lid.

5. Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.

Reset your earbuds:

1. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device and unpair your earbuds by selecting Unpair/Forget this Device (or similar)

2. Turn your mobile device off

3. Place earbuds in the charging case

4. Press and hold the Right and Left buttons until the LED flashes purple

5. Turn on your mobile device

6. Remove earbuds from case and re-pair your earbuds by selecting the Jabra Elite 3 from the list of available devices in the Bluetooth menu
