Kaiyo is AWFUL. I have had to reschedule delivery 3 times (and counting..) because not all of the pieces were delivered and their delivery window is really wide... It makes it so that you are forced to stay at home for several hours in anticipation of a delivery that...so far has been impossible to coordinate. Several days have been ruined because of staying at home and waiting for deliveries. Answer from OpinionSome6648 on reddit.com

Just bought from them, and I can say with confidence that their quality and customer service are both terrible. I bought a really nice office chair from them that was listed as "gently used" on the site. Got it delivered, and the next day I leaned back in it only to discover that the back was only half-attached to the seat! The closer I looked, the worse it got: brown goop on the adjustment levers on the left side of the seat and *both* lumbar supports were broken (insert and adjustment wheel). I'm still finding problems every few days. Spoke with customer service 3 (!) times, offering them photos of some of the damage, and the best they would offer me was a 25% discount. So I'm out several hundred dollars for a very broken chair. Hard to say if it's fraud or just extreme negligence, but Kaiyo is definitely a business to avoid.
