I have. Totally worth it. You'll need the part number of the faucet which I found on a tag of one of the supply lines. Also the approximate date of the installation. Think I just paid ~$13 for shipping the faucet head/sprayer. More on reddit.com

December 30, 2019Home Depot (etc.) vs Kohler (etc.) showroom fixture quality - is there a difference?
Every manufacturer has multiple product lines but the idea that the same unit from the plumbing supplier is different than the big box version is an old canard that won't die [mostly because plumbers keep it going to protect their margins/kickbacks from suppliers]
OTOH Moen has excellent customer service/warranty. If you call them they will likely not hesitate to send you a new faucet

January 28, 2020Kohler faucets not what they used to be. Plastic everywhere.
All the brands are crap and designed to have you buy the whole damn thing once a plastic part dies. You can't buy the thing the sprayer hose sits in, although they are so poorly built they will crap out 3 times before the faucet does, instead you are supposed to buy the whole hose assembly for $100, At least until they stop selling that too because it's 1 year out of style. But hey, the CEO got another x million in stock options this year for squeezing more profit out of fucked over consumers.
Sorry, I guess I'm feeling a little cranky before my coffee.

I am a homeowner with a Kohler kitchen faucet that is leaking. The faucet is very old.
Does anyone have any experience dealing with Kohler over their kitchen faucet? Is it worth the efforts?
I am asking this question before replacing the Kohler.

They’re excellent. You have to be the one who had it installed originally. In other words, if it was put in by you, or a plumber you hired, it’s guaranteed, even if it was a long time ago. If it was already installed when you bought the house, they’ll still help you, but the parts won’t be free.
