I have zero regrets so far. Highest quality and most comfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned. Is there furniture for far cheaper that may have sufficed for my needs? Maybe! But after visiting many furniture show-rooms and trying everything in them; nothing quite fit the bill. The Lovesac sactional was the only one that checked all the boxes for us and while I know there are a few alternatives out there that are far cheaper there was no way for us to try them out before buying. The last thing I wanted to do was deal with returning all the components or even worse; settling. I've never known of a piece of furniture to have such an active community like this either - it makes me feel like I will have multiple avenues for support even after the warranty is up. Definitely Apt2B. Lovesac is intentionally designed to be cheap to manufacture, and none of those values are delivered to the customer. Apt2B is comparable in quality to domestically manufactured Crate and Barrel and Pottery barn sofas. The name of the factory is called Flores Design, based in Los Angeles. I don't know which style you like. the midcentury stuff? Try emailing Apt2B and ask them if they will sell you a "Muse" style from Flores. Its got a similar angled/splayed-leg wood base as the Carson, except that the "Muse" is a loose-back sofa, HOWEVER unlike most loose backs with cluster fiber or down/trillium back cushions that will require constant fluffing, the back cushions on the Muse are foam-insert and should maintain their shape nearly permanently. I would also recommend specifying "firm" foam if you email them. If you like the styles with the "tight backs" (built-in backrests, no back cushions), then the Carson is OK. Its OEM/real name is "Barclay." Keep in mind that while tight-back sofas are good for pure sitting, they are poor choices for a media room where you might occasionally want to get comfortable or even sleep on the sofa. For that, I would recommend something with loose back cushions that can be moved or REmoved. Also, keep in mind that Apt2B heavily uses 3D renderings. All of the pictures on the main list are 3D. Look at the REAL pictures, especially to notice things like the style of seam/stitching and actual arm width/proportionality. This is true on most websites, but its critically important to be aware that it affects things like how the seams/stitching appears and some of the proportionality (example: In real life, almost all of those styles have 4" finished arms, which are on the narrower side; some are piping, some are a standard top-stitch, and even some are single-stitch) I actually still have a Flores catalog, depending on which style you like I might have more pictures of them.
