Hi All,
I purchase a duvet cover from Maison Tess a little while ago as a gift. The gift receiver (after the 30 day return policy) opened the cover to test it out and found the dimensions were off from their website. 6" longer in both directions.
Extended customer service emails said they cannot be returned after the 30 day policy, and that they had updated their sizing charts a little while ago - even though online they're still the same dimensions as when I bought them.
Any advice on how to handle a scenario when a product you purchase is not as described on their website?
As a side note - their customer service is absolutely terrible. Strongly suggest staying away from them.

Linens Made in Canada?
Looking for quality bedding that’s made in Canada (not just from a Canadian store).
A year ago I was excited to get some bedding from Maison Tess. I’ve even promoted their bedding here. When we got it, it was soft and looked lovely. It was a little oversized but not a deal breaker. Now a year later, it’s completely worn out. The fabric has gotten thin and rough. I’m so disappointed.
Anyone had experience with a Canadian linen company that’s held up over time?
