Mattress Topper + Mattress Wedge
Propping up bed versus wedge
Bed wedge, memory foam, king sized mattress
Wedge pillow or mattress elevator?

I suffer from GERD/acid reflux/heartburn or whatever else you want to call it. So I got a mattress wedge for my bed. I also have a memory foam mattress topper that I got a long time ago because my mattress is spine twisting otherwise and suffice to say it's not feasible for me to replace it. Ever since I got the mattress wedge, I have been fighting to keep the mattress topper from sliding down and pulling the sheets along with it.
I've tried various combinations
Mattress wedge on top of the mattress, then the mattress topper on top of that.
Mattress wedge between the mattress and the box spring, with the mattress topper on top.
I bought one of those things you can put on a mattress that is supposed to keep toppers from slipping.
I've tried putting an extra sheet between the mattress wedge and the topper to try and increase friction.
I've tried putting that anti-slip pad on the mattress, then covering that with a set of sheets...
I've even tried flipping the mattress topper over because I'd tried basically everything else.
I have met with absolutely zero success using any of these methods.
Looking for ideas on other things I could try.
ETA: To try to cut down on any confusion, what I'm referring to might more properly be called a mattress elevator or incline. It runs the full length of the mattress, not just a few inches near the head. The product at the Amazon link is not the precise product I have, but it is the same sort of thing I have.
