Mekanism as far as I know doesn't let you place machines right next to the other and have that as input and output. As far as I know and have been doing for years, you'll need rego mek pipes or pipez mod pipes. Also use a configurator if you can make that so you can easily change input and output sides with a shift click. If you have more questions feel free to ask, im a mekanism mad scientist. Hi guys, I'm getting into this world of machines and I'm doing my first energy farm using bio fuel and I'm having problems (I'll probably have more and I'll ask for more help). Well I can't pass the hydrogen from one machine to another, could you please help me??

On the gases tab on the separator, set the hydrogen output to the back of the separator and auto eject to on, on the reaction chamber set the back to input

November 24, 2016 - On the left side, I placed a Gas Generator (GG) to burn the hydrogen. Either the Electrolytic Separator (ES) is auto-ejecting into the GG, or else the GG is 'pulling' from the ES. I believe Mek has some quirks/bugs as related to gases and certain machines. I believe most/all of these can be solved by using Mek gas tanks (instead of pipes) directly on the machine. ... Did you set the pressurized pipe to extract with the Configurator from that side? My experience thus far with Mekanism is that fluid machines never auto-eject.
