Hi folks, visiting from NYC next week and looking for unique shopping, new or vintage.

I like stuff that is workwear and traditional american inspired, also surf and surplus inspired, especially from small and handmade makers that aren't common outside the city. Raw denim, heavy cottons, canvas, waxed fabrics, leather.

Big plus if they have a nice selection of accessories like hats/caps, bags, belts, etc.

I'm also interested in vintage men's lux fashion from the big fashion houses.

Not looking for soft stretchy office wear like Marine Layer/Uniqlo 😀

I don’t shop for clothes that often but when I do I’d rather try things on in person than guess my size and deal with returns online.

I feel like there’s no good stores downtown anymore for basic clothes. Uniqlo, Gap, and Abercrombie all gone. Never been a fan of anything Macy’s carries and Nordstrom Men’s section outside of shoes is pretty lackluster too.
