We have the same need at our business. We intend to allow our salespeople to use their Bookings With Me links in their email signatures, and to send directly to prospects and customers. All of the recipients will be external to the company. We already know they are guests. It's very unintuitive and confusing to a sales prospect or customer to be prompted to log in to a Microsoft Account just to access the calendar of their salesperson. It's a barrier to entry, and many of our recipients will abandon the process, making this a "sales prevention" feature rather than a "sales enablement" feature. There MUST be a guest-only link that we can choose.
Dear Kristian Benson,
Good day. Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.
Based on your description, I understand that you are having issues with the "Bookings with me" feature in Outlook, specifically with the login prompt for students. Unfortunately, there is no way to disable the Microsoft 365 login prompt for this feature. However, you can provide your students with a direct link to the booking page as a guest. To do this, you can go to the "Bookings with me" page, click on the "Share" button, and then select "Copy link". You can then share this link with your students, and they can use it to access the booking page as a guest without having to go through the login prompt.
