We were given special access to operations. We were given special access to video software and marketing tools. We were encouraged to film our sales process to find ways to eke out efficiency to allow us to do more. We were asked to share our email templates to a coach to allow him to help us make it even better. We were asked to write out our scripts, transitional phrases, and our processes. We were asked to share those with our coach all with the mission to allow us to do more deals. I got suspicious. Are they training AI on our materials to replace us or to give scripts to lesser paid sales folks to replicate? Probably. So I’m sabotaging it. Like Michael Scott roledex.
