I'm seeing the same thing and as the other poster said, going directly to the Teams Admin site works, it's just not showing up in the left hand menu (or under all admin centers).

Thanks, I'll pass this along. I realize this question falls under the category of "press Any key" back in the old days.
If Microsoft wants to compete with Zoom in the new "work at home era", it has to recognize that the MASSIVE info and training they put together for IT depts in large orgs is useless for the small business owner.
I do think we finally got him started by clicking Help inside Teams, searching on admin and getting instructions to click on the link for "Sign in to Office 365 portal", signing in and looking for the Admin App.
Microsoft could save a lot of small business owners countless hours of grief by simply adding your answer or this approach to look for Admin app instead of just saying:
"Sign in to the Microsoft Teams admin center"
It really is a shame that Microsoft builds some great products with unmatched functionality and then makes them inaccessible to anyone without a full IT dept.
