Hey, is anyone having trouble logging into MLB.TV? I keep getting an error message that says it can't authenticate. Tried to log in on multiple devices, deleted app and reinstalled, nothing. Then when I tried to reset my password it said my account was locked. My wife just got off with MLB customer service and they had no idea what was going on. We've been charged for the year and they said our account is active but looks like we won't be able to watch the game today. Insanely frustrating.

Anyone else having issues with logging into their MLB account?
I purchased MLB TV today and it was working fine on my PC. I tried logging in via the phone app and was never able to log in. I logged out on my PC thinking I needed to reset something, and now I'm not able to log in anywhere. I try to log in via email verification but I never get an email. If I try to reset my password, I get an email that says my account is locked and I'm unable to reset my password.
On the phone now with customer support and they don't seem to have any clue. Just curious if anyone else is having issues.
**Follow Up**
Got off the phone with customer service. They said they will get back to me within 72 hours to try and resolve the conflict. Apparently, it is a widespread issue and most likely something on their end.
Completely unacceptable and terrible timing with everyone trying to access their accounts and watch games today.
Having this issue for a week or so and had it last year, want to see if anyone else is getting it.
I’m in the login page on my computer on chrome, I select login after filling in my info and nothing happens. The isn’t loading, no error messages, the login button and fill in sports are greyed out. I can still click on “get mlb.tv” and “activate” but “need help logging in?” Is frozen too. I can get in everywhere else but the computer. Tried every browser and all the support stuff that I’ve been told over the phone and still having the same issue.
