I know that you don't want to hear this, but somebody has to say it to you: There's nobody at Google to help you. They're using AI and we've known the AI is horrendously bad at making decisions, but they do it anyways, because it doesn't cause them any financial pain when they screw up, which they screw up all the time and have absolutely no idea. The AI is definitely many times worse than a human being and the humans they hire are the absolute lowest educated people possible to qualify for the position to keep costs low. Hopefully you can get help and get this sorted out, but I'm just going to be totally honest with you: You need to accept the reality that your business profile on Google is most likely gone forever. That Google screwed up, again, and that there's no way to get it fixed, because there's nobody to listen to anybody at all. The flows of communication in that company start internally and go outwards, not the other way around, they've completely blocked off any ability to communicate with human beings at that company, unless you're buying ads, in which case they give you terrible advice that explodes your costs. 150 5-star reviews on my main profile, not one less than. Everything I do puts the customer first. I have got out of bed at 3am on a call-out, found that a job cannot be done after driving for an hour (vehicle roadside fixing) not charged the guy as he only had so much money (if I charged him a call-out he wouldn’t have been able to get recovery) and went home totalling 2.5 hours at 3am. That’s just one of my 150 5 star reviews, I take care of my customers. 3 weeks ago a keyword stuffed profile was made, and the guy has got his friends to give him - and I am not kidding - 4 5-star reviews all saying ‘great service’. The profile has no brand name, just service (think ‘service name near me’). It has no website, stock photos and a mobile number. This ranks second in my city. I’m fifth on a good day. So Google reviews made my business take off as well but I didn't spend any money. I just asked each client for a review. About 33% gave me a review just from asking. If you respond to their reviews and update your website you are out much higher in Google search results. And it's free. If you pay for ads you get even more results.
