Is it possible that your payment card (debit/credit) has expired? If you have a new card you will need to update your payment method details.

I had issues with a card being accepted even though the card was still valid. I deleted the card off Amazon and put in the details in again thinking there must be a glitch in the system not accepting it. It worked for me.

About 3 days ago I ordered a new HDD for my Playstation 4, which ran me about 150$, but when I go to My Orders it doesn't show up? I'm a little worried that over time the product will just not show up. Can anyone tell me if this is a common issue or not? Thanks ahead of time!

You may have accidentally changed countries on your app. On an iPhone -open up the app -lower right hand corner see the three horizontal lines… press that -scroll all the way to the bottom see settings and check to see that you haven’t changed countries Happened to me when I thought somebody had hacked into my account and just canceled it ********** EDIT *********** Jan 2024 Amazon now has a button to change countries faster. Open your Amazon account and at the bottom is a picture of a head. Go to “my account“ -upper right hand corner you’ll see a picture of a flag. Select that drop down and make sure you are in the proper country for your account. this is a faster way of resolving. The “my cart is empty“ problem.
