February 24, 2025Thoughts on the Napoleon 485 PK-A?
Good question! I used to sell these barbecues for years. Basically, Napoleon 485s are very meh. Cheaper parts, iffy design (the inside of the oven is basically sheet metal), cooks ok. This model won’t really be different from a LEX, all 485s are essentially the same. If you want longevity with a Napoleon, you’re much better off going with a Prestige series grill, though it’s more expensive. More on reddit.com

Excellent long lasting quality. Forget the Weber BBQ, it's junk in comparison, just look at the grill; Cast Iron vs whatever that cake cooling wire rack that Weber is using. Also see comparison videos on YT ( Napoleon vs Weber).
