While COVID slowed construction plans for the first Nimbus location, Nimbus opened its doors in the Lower East Side in January 2021, and has since opened three additional kitchen locations around New York City (Downtown Brooklyn, SoHo, and Midtown) and a location in Chicago River North.

I’m looking to start selling empanadas but my tiny nyc kitchen space won’t do it, plus I have to get my kitchen inspected and get the proper licenses.
