What to get neighbors for Christmas?
What is a small thing to gift that is not food?

I’m struggling to come up with some interesting or diy but frugal gift ideas that don’t involve giving foods or beverages. The gifts would be for adults and I’ll be shipping them too. Any ideas would be a big help!
I'm on a smallish cul de sac, 9 houses to gift to. Most people do neighbor gifts, and I enjoy participating as well. I give to everyone.
In years past I've done a nice ornament and a bunch of Lindt truffles. But I need to mix it up. I'm thinking a smoked finishing salt and a savory and sweet compound butter? It feels a little small maybe?
Gifts are all over the place in price, so I just come up with an idea and run with it. Most people don't drink, so wine or something is out. It's an elderly religious neighborhood (no one pushes it, just when we have neighborhood BBQs no alcohol is brought). I tried those Ferrero Roche pineapples on sparkling cider, but they fell off like right away too haha.
PS I've tried making wine salt and bourbon salt with the feedback that they aren't worth the effort.
