I have 3 genuine copies of office 2019 pro plus. I paid for 3 full versions of office, I did not want a monthly subscription.
Mircosoft is scamming people that bought full installs.
You can no longer find the full installers
They removed the product keys and information showing you own in your microsoft account.
now you can only use the generic office 365 installer, then it installs 32bit version of 2019.
Anyone, please help. 64bit wanted. Thank you.
As per Palcouk unless it is a legal version signed in with a Microsoft Account you may not be able to use the offline installer. Sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com/services Then click on download. see bottom.
If the install doesnt require you to use/create an MS Account it not a legit version

Hi,
Do you have O365 subscription? Office 2019 is a version of Microsoft's productivity software that's available as a one-time purchase from a retail store or through a volume licensing agreement.Volume licensed versions of Office 2019 are available for enterprise admins to download and deploy to the users in their organization.
Instead of downloading the installation files from the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC), you use the Office Deployment Tool to download the installation files directly from the Office Content Delivery Network (CDN) on the internet.
