Hi. So I've been having problems where my computer shuts down while gaming. I assume it's the PSU. I have a Thermaltake Smart 850w 80 Bronze. I downloaded Open Hardware Monitor to see my voltage but I don't really understand the numbers.
These are the max values as of now (PC is idle, not under stress from a game):
CPU VCore 0.896 V
AVCC 3.344 V
3VCC 3.344 V
3VSB 3.424 V
VBAT 3.264
VTT 1.016 V
What do these value mean, and how do I know if my PSU isn't providing enough power?

Using the openhardwaremonitor software to get an approximation of the power I'm using on a laptop.
I see a power listed in wattage but am unsure about the time variable. Is it showing it in watts per second?
Hey, so as of late my computer has been randomly powering off when the PC is under load, (gaming). After it powers off, it doesnt always respond to the power button and can take multiple attempts to get back on.
Ive eliminated the SSD and HDD's. I am beginning to think it is the PSU, so I ran HWMonitor and got some numbers but I am not certain exactly what it is that the results are indicating here. However the voltages seem rather out according to HWMonitor.
My main concern here is that the 12V is coming up as 6.82V when the minimum is meant to be like 11.64V, which I assuming is the reason my pc is turning off randomly
Here is what I got:
Hardware monitor ITE IT8620
Voltage 0 1.18 Volts [0x62] (CPU VCORE)
Voltage 1 2.02 Volts [0xA8] (VIN1)
Voltage 2 2.03 Volts [0xA9] (+3.3V)
Voltage 3 3.39 Volts [0xA8] (+5V)
Voltage 5 -6.82 Volts [0x8E] (-12V)
Voltage 6 -6.00 Volts [0x7D] (-5V)
Voltage 7 2.82 Volts [0x8C] (+5V VCCH)
Voltage 8 1.56 Volts [0x82] (VBAT)
Temperature 0 28°C (82°F) [0x1C] (TMPIN0)
Temperature 2 60°C (140°F) [0x3C] (TMPIN2)
Fan 0 891 RPM [0x2F6] (FANIN0)
Fan PWM 0 0 pc [0x0] (FANPWM0)
Fan PWM 1 0 pc [0x0] (FANPWM1)
Fan PWM 2 0 pc [0x0] (FANPWM2)
Thanks for any and all help

Where are the 100+ celcious temps coming from? I have Corsair H100i. The computer seems to be running normally, but I am confused as to where these temps are coming from. Anyone got any ideas ?
I need to upgrade my old pc’s gpu and I was wondering if the other parts can handle it. So i asked chat gpt and it said to check the power supply and case. I have an i5 8400 and a 1060 GTX 3gb. If anyone can circle and help me identify parts in this computer thatd be awesome. Any advice would be much appreciated as well! ❤️
im trying to find out how much wattage my psu has but i dont want to open it is there a way to do this?
probably a silly question, to my knowledge there aren't any data connectors going from the psu to the system but I could be wrong.
So I ask anyway
i got a new one, a corsaire 650 which will replace the 450w one
but i would like to make some kind of stress test on them, with gpu+cpu
what is the best software to monitor the use of my psu ?
