I am planning to purchase an iPhone 12 mini and am trying to decide what kind of case to get. I have been looking at the Otter + Pop cases but I am curious to know, how flush is the pop socket in the case when collapsed?

I am trying to weigh pros/cons before going a pop-socket route vs a MagSafe route because as I understand it currently there isn't a good way to accommodate both.

Does anybody out there use this kind of case? My Magbak case is coming next week. Would like to test both of them (Phone grip). Question is, that pop thing, is that strong, I mean, will it hold when shaken vigorously? Is it like the QUADLOCK case, when you lock it, you have to twist it to secure the lock?

I’ve had my pro 14 iPhone for 2 years and I LOVE IT. Best iPhone yet. I’ve had a number of cases on it but honestly preferred going caseless cause they were either too cheap of plastic or felt too heavy for comfort. I couldn’t believe it would be of quality since they didn’t even charge me for shipping. It was $5.38 and arrived in 5 days. It’s been the best damn case ever. It has MagSafe for my wireless charging box. The built in pop socket is removable but I keep it on because it makes using my iPhone so much more convenient than a regular pop socket. I love it and for the price it was definitely worth every penny. I remember when I got my first case for my iPhone 4 and it cost me like 54.99 plus tax.
