Finally? Hahaha, like anyone who would have any reason to be offended by a Phillip Schuyler statue would even know it was a statue of Phillip Schuyler or who Phillip Schuyler was. The name on the Philip J. Schuyler Achievement Academy in Albany was removed from the front of the school on Clinton Avenue Thursday morning.
