Hello everyone! Every year for the past 4 seasons I have done a series of college basketball preseason conference rankings and previews. In the past, I have gotten great engagement from y'all and have learned a lot interacting with my fellow college basketball enthusiasts. I wanted to once again introduce a series of preseason rankings that will focus on the five major conferences (ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, Big East, and SEC) as well as some select mid-major conferences (American, A-10, WCC, MWC, and MVC). These are the 10 conferences I plan on for sure doing but if there are ones not listed above that you would like me to tackle I would be happy to do that! Please keep these to D1 basketball conferences only. I appreciate the lower divisions but don't have the knowledge to tackle those at the moment. Most teams have their rosters set or close to set as we see the last few commits trickle in. If you have a depth chart/starting lineup prediction for your school I would love to hear it! To sort of kick off these rankings I want to share with you my current Preseason Top 25. Keep in mind this Top 25 might not be the same come early November but I think we have a pretty good idea of where teams stack up at the moment. Each ranked team will include last year's record, conference regular season finish, and NCAA tournament finish. With all that said here we go:
