Sign in to a library computer using your library card number and password/PIN or guest pass. Open the document or website you want to print. Click the Print icon or press CTRL + P to open the print dialog box.

TPL Printing Services (the “Services”) enable Toronto Public Library (“TPL”) to offer colour and black & white printing, scanning and photocopying services at TPL library branches. Customers can submit remote print jobs and manage their Printing Services Account through an online portal.

New customers and customers who have recently replaced their library cards are unable to access printing and photocopying services online. For in-branch printing and photocopying services please see branch staff. We are working to have this resolved soon.

Developers from the Digital Experiences department at Toronto Public Library make library data available and experiment with it (catalogue, analytics, etc).

Some web browsers (Firefox Fixed, Safari) do not autofill your library card number on the Sign In page. If you have magazines checked out, you may find that renewing them takes a very long time and/or results in an error message. The renewals should work in spite of the delay/errors, but we're developing a fix for this. Fixed. If you have suspended a hold, the suspension dates don't disappear once the hold becomes active again. In Internet Explorer, the formatting isn't right when you print your account information - everything prints much too small.

December 12, 2022 - Send your document to print while using a Public PC and release your print job at the print release station or the printer. You will need to log in with your library card and pin number to release your document.
