I just got my PA license, but the guy at the dmv (downtown Pittsburgh) said they don’t do registration there.. he said go to AAA, but everything online says that’s incorrect. I’m just curious if anybody from out of state has done this recently. It’s quite confusing
My mother and I are confused as how to go about this process. She is the "owner" of the car, with her name on the loan, but I make the payments. I'm moving to Pennsylvania in a week and know registration needs to happen for the vehicle, but we both don't understand the process required for this. Any help would be appreciated
I've been living in PA for the past several years, but because I've been in college, I've retained my NJ drivers license. I will be finally getting a car in a couple of months, and because I've accepted a job in PA for September, I will be registering the car in PA. However, because I'll be moving in August, I'd really like to hold off getting my PA license until after I move so that I only have to go through the process once. I considered just doing a change of address, but I heard they issue you a piece of paper that you have to carry around instead of a new license?
Is this possible?
