You can add context menu items via Chrome extensions - see the doc for more details.

However, there's no current way to remove core-Chrome context menu items; only ones created by your own extension. And from researching before, I also think there's no way to get a user's search engines - only hardcode the ones you want.

Is Google reverse image search accurate?

Not entirely. It depends on the type of image, how clear it is, and how much unique detail there is. The more unique the image, the more chance Google will find the exact one. But if it is a picture of a person with many things going on in the background, you may end up with hundreds of thousands of unrelated images that look vaguely similar.

Isn't Google Lens the same as reverse image search?

Yes and no — there is a subtle difference. Google Lens will identify objects, read text, scan barcodes, and more if you photograph that object. You’ll then get search results based on what it thinks it is. But it also finds visually similar images and has some of the reverse image search features.

I don't think he means the the sidebar

The Search Web For ... is disappearing and being replaced by the Bing / sidebar option recently.

Earlier this month Edge changed the Right-Click context menu to exclusively present Bing as the search option.. I had the same problem. The Search web for .... disappears and Bing replaces it. Earlier you could delete Bing from all search engines and Search web would reappear and use the default engine (and bing would disappear).

Now it's Bing only again with no remedy. It seems MS is messing with the context menu and trying to force Bing (and now only the sidebar option)

Despite Bing being deleted entirely from my search engines in Edge and Google being the default, my context menu is now exclusively back to Bing (sidebar)

Hi TT. I'm Greg, an Independent Advisor.

Check that the default Search engine wasn't changed to Bing, too:

https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-defau...

If it's Google, then change it to something else, restart Edge, then change it back to Google and restart PC. Is Google back on right click context? Are you getting Google search in address bar?

If not reset new Edge in Edge Settings > Reset Settings

Suggestion: Option to Search by Image when right-clicking a picture | Microsoft Community Hub
I think it would be nice if, when we right click a picture, there is an entry on the contextual menu to search by image (Maybe using https://www.bing.com/images ) This is really handy when you are looking to find the original source of an image, a better resolution, a product (or simply the original context of it), & one that visual creatives & designers may find useful. For example, google have made this feature available via https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/search-by-image-by-google/dajedkncpodkggklbegccjpmnglmnflm for some reason (maybe because they want to keep the browser as barebone as possible, yet they are not above integrating other features & services, even if they are not useful for non-google account users, like the cloud print, but i'm digressing), & TinEye have made https://tineye.com/extensions too.
