Excel templates for project management?
Guidance on automating basic project budget sheet creation
why are there years in the main budget sheet and not in the one they key in? how are the years obtained then?
why is the 3rd column sometimes Total and sometimes year 3?
why are the amount for roles different in both?
something easier for user typically is tougher for the creator. 1 eg. the layout for the data entry is very bad. you don't want empty rows in between. so things such as Financial Assumptions, Delivery Costs, etc should be in another column and repeated for each row. that will be tougher for user right? so i personally would create a userform for them to key 1 time and program it to populate in the format i mentioned. hence, tougher for creator.
edit: OR retain your layout to make it "easy" for them and create crazy formulas or programming to extract it from that messy layout.

I just started at a $1.3 billion dollar company and we are limited to Excel for project management.
I looked at the Excel project management templates that are available within the program. There are a few ugly Gantt charts. Nothing is aesthetically pleasing.
Can anyone please link or recommend mnded some decent project management excel templates?
(Please donโt use your precious time suggesting alternatives. We are stuck with excel).
