Hi u/wind_cleaver , Thanks for reaching out. The issues you're experiencing are related to recent changes to the Sophos ID sign up process. You can find more information on this at the following link. If you are a Sophos Partner, creating a new customer within Sophos Central Partner and creating an Admin/Super Admin will send the Sophos ID registration. - Central MFA via SMS and new SophosID account service updates If you need a Sophos ID account as a new customer, I'd suggest starting a trial from the following page. - Sophos Central Free Trial ^KL

August 4, 2023 - Maybe im missing something but if I don't have the right image files to install in a proxmox vm, I can't get to the user portal to create the account and creating from the main sophos id page is disabled currently.

Im done with registration process, fixed this with live chat support As a new customer we should register on https://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/endpoint-antivirus/free-trial site instead of https://central.sophos.com It is confusing cos after purchase we recaived confirmation email, with information that u need to register on https://central.sophos.com which was impossible, every time site got stuck on last step..

I'm trying to do the Sophos / NetExam XG Training, and it recommends setting up a new account at central.sophos.com so I cn do a trail and get all the features to play with during the training. I've done that three times with brand new addresses, and each time it gets stuck on the "One Moment while we sign you in" after going thrpough the email verification and password entry.

I've now got three new accounts on the system none of which actually seem to work. although I've set a password it looks like its not fully active as I cannto reset it, I cna get the password reset to email me a verification code, but then it fails.

I've tried in Brave, Edge and on a iphone (the phone was on 4G in case it was somethign wierd in my home /isp setup)

I appreciate its Xmas, and its not urgent, but I can't continue on in the labs without being able to generate a liceince to use in the Labs. I only have the labs for 7 days so I don't want to spin up the lab only to find I can't actually get the virtual setup to work as it cant get a licence...

Any suggestions from Redditland?
