I got the Ike Trotten last week to go under my new desk. It fits well at its lowest setting though seated there’s a bit of a gap. It’s got three drawers and a rim around the top so you can easily place stuff on there.

My wife currently has this desk in the pic below and is considering a standing desk. I have a similar desk myself in my office. I've always been partial to the style of desk with a filing cabinet on one side so that I can hide all the cables, dropping them down the back behind the filing cabinet to a power strip that sits on the floor underneath the filing cabinet. Plus, the storage is nice.
In a standing desk, I see that some of them have separate filing cabinets, but they appear to be detached. Is there an option that is similar to the style of desk in the pic I attached? Something to achieve a nice and clean aesthetic and hide all the cords down the back or side?
In the case of my wife's office, she is seated against a wall and the back of her desk and monitor faces out into the room. I run all the cables bundled neatly down the side of the filing cabinet section, completely hidden when you look into the room. If she were to get a standing desk, I would need to maintain this clean aesthetic as her office is the first thing you see when you walk into our home.

Have you considered mounting a surge protector to the underside of her desk? This minimizes the number of cords you need to run down the desk. If you search for standing desk cable management you’ll find a variety of solutions for hiding cords. Uplift Desk has this kit that may be useful or inspire a design of your own. As for filing cabinets, my assumption is that weight is the reason there aren’t filing cabinets attached to standing desks. A filing cabinet filled with paper weighs a lot. And many standing desks are only capable of lifting 100–200 pounds (45–90kg).

if you desk is large enough, you can put cabinets under your desk like this . You might need to be careful when lowering the desk (some desk can stop automatically when there is obstacle). also need to consider sitting height. Ikea cabinet for example is about 27~28" and if the cabinet is between the legs (unlike the post I link) then might be another 1~2" for the beam. if your main purpose is to hide cables then I think there are better solution (cable straps, ties, tray...) and just have a cabinet next to your desk might be better since you can also use top of the cabinet for extra space.
