Okay, so I am suppose to get $830 discount on the iPhone 15 Pro max. It shows that I am getting $26.88 off my bill for 24 months, but then at the bottom right it shows $23.12 monthly. Does that mean I won't have to pay anything?

I know the difference from the iphone to $830 is give or take $200 bucks, but I am confused as to what this website is trying to show me.

Is there any way I can just pay off the remainer after the $830 credit?

My goal is to take my samsung galaxy phone and upgrade to a iphone 15 pro max and pay the remaining amount so the monthly bill doesn't go up. (multiple people pay for it, its just easier to get it over with then get it placed on the bill every month).

Can anyone help me with this? What can I do?

I just checked my orders in Apple and it is saying that the device is not eligible due to 13 imperfections?? and the revised instant trade in credit is $0, and tmobile bill credits is also $0.

Unfortunately I do not have any picture of the phone before sending it in, what should I do here?
It was also initiated on 6/3, and it's been more than a month now, and I believe the Apple return policy is 14 days.

So was the trade-in/order done through Apple or T-Mobile? Was it mailed in or was the trade-in done in a store? If it was mailed in, to be honest you might be screwed. If it was in a store I would go back there and try to talk to a manager. Typically a manager is the one that would end up shopping a phone off to their warehouse so they would’ve had to have seen the trade-in personally
