How do I access "Netflix on us" on a Business Unlimited Ultimate account?

I had to call T-Mobile business support several times about this. The support reps said that business accounts not being able to activate Netflix is a known issue because business users sometimes are not able to access the T-Mobile phone app. T-Mobile Business users have to access the Netflix on Us benefit through the T-Mobile app (not the regular T-Mobile website or the business website called "Account Hub"). The problem is that I wasn't able to log into the T-Mobile app because I received several errors, including one that said "your MSISDN is already registered to another IAM user account". I don't know if T-Mobile's backend support eventually fixed my account (I reported this issue to them several months ago), but what I did today was the following: On my computer, I went to the T-Mobile Community forum site and created an account ( https://community.t-mobile.com ). I then navigated to the upper right corner and created an account on the normal T-Mobile website. I did NOT select the option for business customers. It asked to verify my phone number with a text, which I did. Then I logged out of the T-Mobile website. On my phone, I downloaded the T-Mobile app. I logged into the T-Mobile app, and it recognized that I had an account from the T-Mobile website already. I searched for "Netflix" and tapped on the page that was called something like "Manage Benefits - Netflix". At this point, Netflix opened in the web browser on my phone, and I was able to create an account. I can't guarantee that this will work for you, but this procedure did work for me.

I cannot figure out for the life of me how to access the free Netflix option or Office 365 that comes with Business Go 5G Plus. This business hub is getting on my nerves so much that I'm already thinking about switching back to VZW. This should not be that complicated.

Yep... When they switched over to account hub it messed up everything. I was previously able to access the perks of a business account in the old setup. Their customer service has been nothing short of extreme repetitive disappointment.
