This bed base has an app that can control the beds position and access some sleep tracking data. It works with Amazon Alexa, but isn't supported by homebridge-alexa-smarthome. It also supports IFTTT but it's basically useless with only 2 supported commands that are both information based and not control.
How could I go about creating an app/plugin that would be able to control this bed? I was thinking about using something like homebridge-messenger to maybe make a post command to the bed via the wifi, but I'm not sure if that's possible. I would love to be able to create something and am happy to learn/read anything about it.
The app I use to control the bed is on my iPhone, if that helps.
