Questions for anyone that has this:
69.5" for the bed configuration, is this with the back pillow? Can you take it off to make the sleep area longer or does anyone who sleeps on it have to be <5'8"?
Is the chair or bed config comfy?
Thanks in advance!
Thomasville Dillard Convertible Sleeper Chair - comfort and size?
Living room couch insight? Costco Thomasville vs Structube Soft?
Has anybody bought the thomasville couch before?
Anyone buy the Thomasville modular couch? Any regrets or praises?
My couch is 18 years old and it's been time for a replacement. My current couch is an L-shape and I absolutely love that, so I'm going for a U-shaped sectional this time because I want even more of that.
I've narrowed down to two options.
The Structube Soft modular couch - $2,000 CAD
The Costco Thomasville Miles sectional - $1,799 CAD
Both are almost the exact same size. The 3-piece Costco one has a storage ottoman while the Structube is completely modular so it has more configuration combinations with its 5 pieces.
I sat on both and I definitely found the Costco couch to be more comfortable. But the Structube couch was still plenty comfortable as well (it has down filled cushions, which I find interesting). Another thing I noticed is that the Structube couch is arm rest height across the back, which the Costco couch is backrest height halfway down the L-side. So you don't get an arm rest there.
This is my first time buying my own new couch so I have almost no insight into what is good or how long it will last, or quality differences that may not be obvious.
Do you guys have any recommendations or considerations about this choice?
