Best Buy brand stand for a 65" G5?
Recommend the best TV stand after buying one that can't handle my setup
Good place to buy TV stands?
Does Best Buy deliver a tv and a tv stand into the room you choose in your house?
Are your TV stands sturdy enough for large TVs and heavy media equipment?
How do I find the right size TV stand for my television and living room?
How do I hide and organize all my cables and gaming gear with your TV stands?
Picking up a 65" G5 at Best Buy that I ordered for black Friday tomorrow. Trying to deal with the fallout of "I have nowhere to mount this stupid thing." I rent, so I can't wall mount.
Since I'm picking it up at Best Buy, I came across this stand: https://www.bestbuy.com/product/insignia-tv-stand-for-most-flat-panel-tvs-up-to-65-black/J2FPJK9RC6
Has anyone had luck with this? It's available in the store I'm picking up from, so would love to grab it while I'm there
UPDATE: Picked up TV today. Got the stand too. It works just fine. Pretty easy installation and not too bulky either. The vertical piece that attaches to the TV covers the built-in cable management for HDMI/audio/etc. so I had to run the cables before attaching the vertical piece. Sits fine, stays level, swivels easily when I want it to. No wobble, feels sturdy, no risk of falling over. The base is a little big but my sound bar sits on top just fine.
Overall good unit. Just a bit expensive but I’ll eat the cost because I didn’t plan this out as well as I should have. An Amazon stand is probably a better move but the Insignia one works as well!
I bought a TV stand from Wayfair 6 months ago that looked perfect in pictures but in reality there's no good place for my setup. The center shelf is also too shallow for my PS5 which has to sit at an angle looking ridiculous. I need a new stand that's actually designed with modern equipment in mind. TV is 65 inches and weighs about 50 pounds, plus I need space for gaming consoles, cable box, and I want it to look decent in our living room. Budget is flexible. I've been burned by buying furniture online that looks great but doesn't work in real life so I'm paranoid about making another expensive mistake.
