The problem you may have with the Brimmes is the open shelves are pretty much useless for any AVR other than perhaps the slim Marantz and to small for most center channels as well. If that is not a concern then it's a nicer option. More on reddit.com

A tv with a weight of 38kg and width of 1670 the betas ikea units would this not be wide enough? It’s recommended for a tv up to 72 inch mine is 75 inch and leaves very little to the side of tv. September 15, 2023It was not easy finding a TV stand for an 85”, but was worth the wait…
It was not easy finding a TV stand more than 17” deep, which the legs are on this stand. I searched Wayfair and other sites and didn’t find anything that would hold the weight, was the depth or style I was looking for… I finally found one on Best Buy’s website and the specs said it was like 17.5”. It came, I carried it upstairs myself and when I tried a leg on it, it was more like 16.7” and had to return. I was giving up hope and then finally found one from IKEA and it was a little more than 18”. As you can see, it’s still cutting it close… The TV sat on my ground for like 3 weeks until I finally found the right one. I’d say worth it in the end. More on reddit.com

I have a custom configured 70” wide Besta, 26” tall, with a 77” LG C1 on it and it’s perfect. Middle compartment has a shelf halfway up, with my center channel on that shelf (angled slightly upward with some speaker wedges). Below is my AVR with plenty of room to breathe. Left and right sections have doors covering the bottom 2/3, with 2 shelves of blu rays behind. Top 1/3 of the left and right is left open for blu ray player, Apple TV, and controllers/remotes/etc. The TV is at a perfect height as well.
