My package was stated as “Out for Delivery” 11/26. I was home ALL day, and u have cameras. No delivery driver came, but they marked the delivery “Failed Delivery, retry later”.
They said they would try to re-deliver in 24-48 hours, however it’s over a week now and NOTHING.
I have been on hold with their customer service for days, one day 1:30min, the next TWO HOURS with absolutely no response. I’ve been hung up on after the two hour hold.
I finally call the Canadian number, wait another hour and they connect me to the US side. They get someone who says they’re opening a ticket because the delivery didn’t fail and they are contacting the warehouse. I should have a response in 24-48 hours. Welp here we are, FOUR DAYS later and no response. Calling the US number , it states “there is no agent available to take the call, call back later”.
At this point I am LOSING my cool and I want to know where the hell is my over $1,000 package is? Is there ANYONE else I can contact?
I got notification saying my package from alixpress was out for delivery on Sunday the 11th. I figured they dont deliver on sundays it will show Up monday. And nothing shows up. Tuesday comes whichs today and its 930pm right now. Still no package. And last location is only 15 mins from me. Is this ever gonna show up?
So I purchased something and it was going to be delivered by UniUni. I was home for the entire day and nobody knocked on my door that whole time. Then I got messaged that my item was delivered and signed for about 6 minutes ago, I check the proof of it being delivered and it was at my door in the photo. I open my door and it's not there.
Now it has been 6 days and UniUni customer service doesn't answer any of my emails/tickets, they put on their stupid elevator music for an hour before they hang up whenever I call them (I've called them 6 times now and waited 3 hours in total). I'm genuinely starting to be gaslit into thinking this shipping company never existed.
My packages are down to UniUni and hit a ‘failed delivery, retry later’. But the address is correct, and i’ve had no issues with this product before. I’ve definitely had delivery issues with uni before but this is the first time this happened for me. I was home all day and there were no attempts to contact me, which they’ve never needed to do. Has anyone else received this message and actually received their package within 48hrs? Or is the fate of my packages already sealed?
EDIT: I called UniUni customer service and the first two times it hung up. I kept calling back and eventually someone answered. They took my phone number for the delivery driver and said they’re expedite shipping to get it to me faster. Wish me luck. They put down the address as the reason it wasn’t delivered but confirmed my address was correct. Edit2: They swear that they’ll reattempt delivery in 24-48hrs after a failed delivery attempt. It’s gonna be 48hrs by the end of the day and it’s never gone back out for delivery. Sunday’s their customer service is off so i have to wait till tomorrow to call. FINAL EDIT: They delivered close to the 48hr mark. The package didn’t update as out for delivery again, just randomly updated to delivered. So they delivered at the end of day two since the failed delivery
Three item is in uniuni warehouse because of wrong address (This is what they claim)
But my address was official by the university and they don’t recognize my address.
Did anyone have similar experience? How did you contact them? I called them 3 times but I don’t get any updates
I ordered a customized item from Etsy on May 8th 2025, had a small issue with the seller that resulted in the item getting to UniUni on May 18th. Etsy estimated the item would get to me on the 24th at the latest. Per Etsy and UniUni’s tracking info, the item hasn’t moved out of the order received stage since the 18th. After the 24th, I emailed UniUni’s customer service and received an automated email telling me to contact the seller. On the 26th I messaged the seller and they said the package was sent and I’ll see tracking soon. Etsy says the seller is located in LA and I’m in Colorado but they could be drop shipping from somewhere else I suppose. I emailed UniUni’s customer service again and haven’t not gotten a response. Has anyone else had this issue? Is this normal for some shippers and I’m just over reacting?
