I got notification saying my package from alixpress was out for delivery on Sunday the 11th. I figured they dont deliver on sundays it will show Up monday. And nothing shows up. Tuesday comes whichs today and its 930pm right now. Still no package. And last location is only 15 mins from me. Is this ever gonna show up?

im having the same problem right now. day 3 of my package being "out for delivery" and ive been on hold with the company for 45 minutes now. this entire company is so shady and weird like i just want my package.

I had the exact same problem..uni uni is the absolute worst company I've ever seen. The tracking is all over the place.I order thing from AliExpress all the time, and my last 3 orders were picked up by uni uni once it got to customs. I don't know how they are Intercepting things when USPS is wayyyyyyy better. But shockingly one of the tickets got answered by customer service. I think the drivers they hire are next level porch pirates .

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please note, the delay for delivery was a either lost package or it not being on the truck when it was first out for delivery and marked "out for delivery". It had nothing to do with the package coming from overseas. I did get my package about 4/5 days after the status of, "out for delivery".

This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve experienced with Temu!!!! my package has been out for delivery since April 22nd with no update. There was a driver who actually came to my home on April 23rd but claimed she didn’t have my package and drove off. I contacted uniuni customer service, and those people are literally no help. Has this happened to anyone else? Will I eventually get my package? :((
update: uniuni “lost” my package but temu refunded me.

I live in Canada and have also found that “out for delivery” does not seem to have the same meaning for Uni that it has for the rest of the world. You could stay home for days waiting for a package to be delivered. I’ve complained to Temu about the service.

You can ask Temu to use a different carrier. You may need to remind them several times, though. Thankfully they no longer ship anything to me via Uniuni but it took me a while to get there.
