I got notification saying my package from alixpress was out for delivery on Sunday the 11th. I figured they dont deliver on sundays it will show Up monday. And nothing shows up. Tuesday comes whichs today and its 930pm right now. Still no package. And last location is only 15 mins from me. Is this ever gonna show up?

does anyone have any experience with Uni Uni because it was shown to be 'Out For Delivery' for a day now and it hasn't been delivered :,))))))

My package was stated as “Out for Delivery” 11/26. I was home ALL day, and u have cameras. No delivery driver came, but they marked the delivery “Failed Delivery, retry later”.

They said they would try to re-deliver in 24-48 hours, however it’s over a week now and NOTHING.

I have been on hold with their customer service for days, one day 1:30min, the next TWO HOURS with absolutely no response. I’ve been hung up on after the two hour hold.

I finally call the Canadian number, wait another hour and they connect me to the US side. They get someone who says they’re opening a ticket because the delivery didn’t fail and they are contacting the warehouse. I should have a response in 24-48 hours. Welp here we are, FOUR DAYS later and no response. Calling the US number , it states “there is no agent available to take the call, call back later”.

At this point I am LOSING my cool and I want to know where the hell is my over $1,000 package is? Is there ANYONE else I can contact?

So I purchased something and it was going to be delivered by UniUni. I was home for the entire day and nobody knocked on my door that whole time. Then I got messaged that my item was delivered and signed for about 6 minutes ago, I check the proof of it being delivered and it was at my door in the photo. I open my door and it's not there.

Now it has been 6 days and UniUni customer service doesn't answer any of my emails/tickets, they put on their stupid elevator music for an hour before they hang up whenever I call them (I've called them 6 times now and waited 3 hours in total). I'm genuinely starting to be gaslit into thinking this shipping company never existed.

So I got a call from a strange number from a man who seemed super irritated, so I assumed it was a spam call and hung up. He called again and I didn’t answer. Even more calls after that.

He sent me a text a few minutes later asking me to message him asap since he was outside and needed the code to enter into my apartment unit. I of course said no because it was literally 9 pm, I was home alone, and I didn’t want a random man having the code to my building.

I instead asked him to place them in front of the leasing office. He literally just put the packages on the ground after I said the BENCH so that they were more hidden and wouldn’t get stolen, but I was like “whatever” and went to fetch them.

I had ordered multiple packages so I opened them all, assuming two had arrived earlier than expected….only to discover there are two other packages he left for me and they aren’t mine?

I’m taking them to the front office right when they open tomorrow, and I wrote a note on the now taped packages explaining the situation. But I’m upset because…why would he do that? I don’t open people’s mail so I feel icky and terrible even though it was a mistake. Their stuff would have gotten stolen as well if this mix up didn’t happen, as I doubt they were notified since he kept calling ME?? And how would they have known where to even find them.

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m scared to even order from Ali express again because what if this happens again. Maybe it was just the driver who ignored details? Usually deliveries only happen during business hours so the front office checks them in. If a package comes past 5 pm, which is when they close, they’ll just redeliver it the next day, or I’ll be able to pick it up myself. This has never happened before.

First time using Uniuni, i live in mississauga and this is what my tracking looks like. I called customer service and they said it can be out for delivery for 72hours max? Is this normal in anyone else’s experience?

It's been out for delivery since last night at 7 pm it said on their website that it was estimated to come on Thursday which is today nothing yet. I found it a bit odd that it went out for delivery last night at 7 pm when it's supposed to be estimated for delivery today. It's the UNI express (Montreal Branch). Has anybody had a similar experience?

Was wondering if it is normal for UniUni tracking to show “out for delivery” for multiple days?

I ordered some small toys for a gift, from China to Canada. It was initially SpeedPak shipping (within China), and when the package come into Canada it was given to UniUni shipping. (Tbh I thought it only went to CanadaPost and have never even heard of UniUni)

It says it’s in my city, northern Ontario, and out for delivery. It’s been 3 days, as of today, with no changes.

I’ve contacted both SpeedPak and UniUni by email, with no response yet.

Anyone have this same experience with UniUni? And if you did, how did it pan out?

Edit2: my package from China finally arrived. No doorbell ring or call. Just plopped onto the floor. Still waiting on my other one

My packages are down to UniUni and hit a ‘failed delivery, retry later’. But the address is correct, and i’ve had no issues with this product before. I’ve definitely had delivery issues with uni before but this is the first time this happened for me. I was home all day and there were no attempts to contact me, which they’ve never needed to do. Has anyone else received this message and actually received their package within 48hrs? Or is the fate of my packages already sealed?

EDIT: I called UniUni customer service and the first two times it hung up. I kept calling back and eventually someone answered. They took my phone number for the delivery driver and said they’re expedite shipping to get it to me faster. Wish me luck. They put down the address as the reason it wasn’t delivered but confirmed my address was correct. Edit2: They swear that they’ll reattempt delivery in 24-48hrs after a failed delivery attempt. It’s gonna be 48hrs by the end of the day and it’s never gone back out for delivery. Sunday’s their customer service is off so i have to wait till tomorrow to call. FINAL EDIT: They delivered close to the 48hr mark. The package didn’t update as out for delivery again, just randomly updated to delivered. So they delivered at the end of day two since the failed delivery

I’m interested to hear in others experiences with the company UniUni. I was supposed to have a parcel delivered 24 hours ago and soon as I received the e-mail that it was out for delivery by this company “UniUni” I’ve never heard of - I saw a red flag. Looks like it’s a Canadian based company? But maybe it’s actually Chinese? There’s an app to track your package but it’s only available via iOS if you’re in Canada.

I bought some items from a company without realizing it was a Chinese company. The shipping understandably took forever but now it’s in LA and I have no idea when it’s arriving. I already reached out to UniUni and opened a ticket to get some information…so who knows how long that’ll take. The only info I’ve seen out there about this delivery company is only based on shipping to Canada.

I ordered a few photo cards from a seller on US Mercari through the Japan proxy. The profile's description stated that they would be using USPS/UPS/FedEx as the last stop delivery, but it's going through UniUni. My package's tracking said that it was out for delivery yesterday (Jul 26 at 08:15a) and as of right now (Jul 27 17:34) the package has not been delivered. I was doing some digging about the company and apparently a lot of people have had this problem and they're very scammy. Has anybody dealt with a similar situation?

Has anyone ever received a package from UniUni on a Saturday or Sunday? My package said it was out for delivery at 10 am yesterday and it didn’t end up coming at all so im not sure whether this means I have to wait until Monday or😭

EDIT: As of 2:30pm, I have received my first package!! I was just outside and then came upstairs to cool off and I heard something hit the floor at my door. It was my Temu package!

I currently have 5 packages coming from Temu that each have 4-14 items per package.

• Yesterday morning, I get a notification that the first package is out for delivery.

• By 5pm, I get another notification that the delivery has failed and there will be an attempted delivery in 24-48hrs.

• I fill out all the 'second delivery' forms and the support ticket to add more delivery instructions

• I live in a gated community that has 2 guarded gates and 1 resident gate. I just happen to live by the only not guarded gate so only residents can access it. There was no way to add these delivery instructions prior to delivery. So I think this is why the delivery "failed". But there was no attempt at calling me or if they did manage to enter the community via another gate, there were no knocks on my door. Note: UniUni is on the visitor list for my address all week.

So I decided to give the UniUni support line a call. I've read far too many horror stories on this company and their kack of customer support. I managed to only be on the whole phone call 35 minutes, so fairly fast compared to what I've seen people say. They state that the driver still had my package and has till 10pm tonight or tomorrow to deliver it. He suggested to give my phone number to the driver so that they can call me if something happens. I'm not really looking forward to a late night call, but if it means I get my package....I guess thats ok...

I also asked support if this has to be repeated for the other 4 packages I ordered and he said yes. These have just cleared customs, so nothing can be done as of yet. 🤞🤞🤞

as you can see from the image, a couple days ago my package failed to delivery due to no contact??? however i was home and no delivery truck ever drove by or even knocked. they are supposed to redeliver in 48 hours but it is past that now and still no delivery. I am wondering if it will come tomorrow because it is possibly passed delivery hours for their company (it is 6pm right now) or if it will be failed again? it is the correct address in a normal suburban neighborhood so there should be no issues. anybody else having struggles with uniuni delivery?

This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve experienced with Temu!!!! my package has been out for delivery since April 22nd with no update. There was a driver who actually came to my home on April 23rd but claimed she didn’t have my package and drove off. I contacted uniuni customer service, and those people are literally no help. Has this happened to anyone else? Will I eventually get my package? :((

update: uniuni “lost” my package but temu refunded me.

Hey everyone, Just wanted to share my recent (and honestly ridiculous) experience with UniUni delivery on an AliExpress order.

My package showed as delivered, so I went to check the proof-of-delivery photo. The picture they uploaded was supposedly my house—but it clearly showed my tree full of lush green leaves.

The problem? It’s November. Every tree on my property has zero leaves right now. We’ve been in fall for weeks. The photo is obviously from the summer… and very likely pulled from Google Maps or Apple Maps Street View.

So now it seems like the UniUni delivery driver didn’t deliver anything at all, marked it as delivered, and uploaded an old or third-party image just to close out the delivery. Basically stealing packages and faking the evidence.

I already contacted AliExpress, but this feels like a bigger issue. Has anyone else had UniUni do this—using old street view photos as “proof” of delivery? How did you handle it? Did AliExpress refund you?

This is honestly crazy.
